1. Service Terms
Build Your Own Home Services, LLC provides project management and consultation services for custom residential construction. Our services include but are not limited to architectural planning, engineering coordination, and permit acquisition support. All services are provided subject to individual project contracts which detail specific scopes of work and fee structures.
2. Project Management Conditions
Our project management fee is structured at a base rate of $6 per square foot. Please note that this fee covers management services only. Costs for land acquisition, building materials, construction labor, and third-party engineering or municipal fees are separate and are the sole responsibility of the client. Project timelines are estimates and subject to weather conditions, material availability, and municipal approval processes.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property, budget, and desired home specifications. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have the financial capacity to complete the construction project. Users must comply with all local zoning laws and regulations as advised by the project management team and relevant authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability
Build Your Own Home Services, LLC acts as a manager and consultant. While we only work with trusted professionals, we are not liable for the specific actions or defects of third-party contractors, material suppliers, or lenders involved in the project. Our liability is limited to the extent of the management services provided.
